Vincent is on a mission to transform his community by confronting the rising tide of gang activity and violence. He knows that real change begins with empowering young people to see a brighter path filled with opportunity, purpose, and hope. Too many youth are drifting down a destructive path shaped by a lack of guidance, support, and opportunity, and Vincent is determined to change that.

He believes every young person deserves to feel valued, capable, respected and not labeled. Instead having programs that provide access to quality education, meaningful opportunities, and tools for success laying the foundation for the next generation of leaders. Through awareness, mentorship, and structured activities that promote restorative justice, Vincent creates spaces where youth can grow, thrive, and envision a future full of possibility. His work isn’t just about preventing violence, it’s about inspiring a generation to rise, lead, and transform the community from within.
