Certified in a wide range of leadership and personality assessments—including CPP, FIRO-B, 360 Feedback, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Workplace DiSC, The Five Behaviors, MBTI, PROSCI Change Management, Behavioral-Based Interviewing (BBSI), and Generations in the Workplace—Jinnae also holds certifications in Diversity and Inclusion. As a John Maxwell Coach and international speaker, she is dedicated to equipping leaders and organizations with actionable insights and strategies for sustainable success.
