Mrs. Wiley brings over 30 years of experience supporting youth and families in underserved, urban communities. She began her career as a Vista Volunteer with Lutheran Family Children Services and later joined the Good Samaritan Service Center for the Homeless, where she held multiple roles, including Volunteer Coordinator, Fundraiser, Event Organizer, Public Relations Manager, and Client Liaison. During this time, she also taught parenting classes, providing guidance and support to children and adults navigating challenges related to parental neglect.
She holds a BA in Applied Psychology and Communication, along with a certificate in Business Administration. She earned an MA in Conflict Resolution and Communication, with a certificate in Negotiation, and is a certified Polysomnographic Technologist II. Mrs. Wiley also holds a PhD in Philosophy of Psychology.
Mrs. Wiley focuses on family reunification, helping families access vital community resources to promote the health, well-being, and resilience of both youth and adults.
